1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Lumi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lumi for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your Apple ID and iCloud account
• Ensuring your Apple Home accessories are properly configured
• Any actions taken based on Lumi’s alerts or data

4. Subscriptions

Lumi Pro is available via auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer

Lumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of readings, which depend on your accessories. Lumi is not a safety device and should not be relied upon for critical monitoring.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lumi.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
